I can’t believe this is my first Studio Ghibli movie cosplay, I love their movies and Howl’s Moving Castle is one of my favorites. Sophie is one of my favorite characters too, I love how she just takes everything that happens to her in stride, she’s determined and still kind and loving. I decided to make a version of Sophie that was similar to the movie, but taking a bit of inspiration from Edwardian Style clothing to give it a bit of a twist.
For my cosplay I combined together and modified a number of my existing basic block patterns. Check out the write up and video for a bit more insight on how you can use basic blocks to build almost any cosplay!
