Refunds and exchanges cannot be accepted for digital products that have been downloaded, custom products, or products sold ‘as-is’. Please ensure you have read the product description thoroughly before purchasing. If there is an error in the item description it may be possible to issue a refund.

How do I access/ download my file?
Once you have paid you’ll receive a download link in your confirmation email. If you create an account you will also be able to access the downloads by logging in. If you have any issues downloading your files please contact: lauren@randomtuesday.com
My file won’t open/ how do I open the files?
The pattern comes as a .zip file so after you download the file you’ll need to unzip it. You can do this through windows and mac directly, if you are on your phone you’ll possibly need to use an external app to do this.
I don’t understand something in the directions/ I’m stuck on something?

Custom and personalized orders
Unfortunately, I don’t make custom patterns or commissions at this time.
There’s a mistake in the pattern!
If you notice something wrong or missing in a pattern please reach out to me. I do my best to make sure the patterns are proofread and complete but I do miss things. I am happy to update and quickly fix files, just send me a message!
How do I print/ assemble my pattern!?

Some patterns come full-sized and can be printed following the included direction by using the “poster print” option in Adobe Reader. If you have issues with this please reach out, I am in the process of updating all my patterns to pre-tiled and can likely provide a tiled version to you quickly!
